Privacy policy

• Account details: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
• Order details: your delivery name, address, pincode and phone number, plus the items you order and your order history.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference, status, amount and method (for example UPI or card). We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank passwords.
• Your device: your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you return, and a sign-in cookie keeps you logged in.

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To contact you about your order.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Only the service providers needed to run the store, and only for that purpose:

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Google, for sign-in.
• Supabase and Vercel, which host our database and website.
• Courier partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal requirements, such as keeping tax and invoice records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Email avyaanjewellers92.5@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law even after an erasure request.

Your data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with access controls, so customers can only see their own orders. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our store is meant for people aged 18 and over. Younger customers should shop with a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
