• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate information, including your delivery address and phone number.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Please don't misuse the site or try to interfere with how it works.

• Our jewellery is finished by hand, so small variations in finish, oxidisation and texture are natural and are not defects.
• We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can look different depending on your screen and lighting.
• Weights and dimensions are approximate. The material of each piece is stated on its product page.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Product prices exclude GST, which is added at 3% at checkout, together with any shipping charge.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a payment looks fraudulent, or an address can't be served. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
• You can cancel, return or exchange orders as described in our returns & cancellation policy.

The designs, text, logos and our own product photographs on this site belong to Avyaan Jewellers and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Heritage photographs are credited to their authors under their respective licences.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
