Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

• Free shipping on orders of ₹2,999 and above.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below that amount.
• The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas and the North-East may take up to 10 business days.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festivals, weather or courier disruptions can occasionally cause delays.

Once your order ships, its status is updated in My orders. If you need tracking details, contact us with your order number.

• Every piece is packed securely to protect it in transit.
• Please check that the outer package is intact before accepting it. If it looks tampered with or damaged, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us.
• Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. We can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

If a delivery fails after repeated attempts and the parcel comes back to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund. The refund is the order amount less shipping charges, as described in our returns policy.
